Rookie missionaries.
Leif was born 2 months after our arrival in Manila.

1991: The greatest eruption of the century.
The Aetas:
Once proud warriors, now refugees. They received
Jesus in large numbers.
The first DMC
training school. They had come from 5 nations.
Building churches:
Spiritually as well as naturally.
Many refugees
received Jesus, and the result were 6 new churches.
Carina enjoying
a break in the shade. In those days all kids were
home schooled.
